Cove Park Day 5

Took the weekend off so this is day 5 in the sense of fifth working day. That said, everything is grist to the creative mill. Saturday was very wet and windy so a day of vegging out was quite welcome. Saturday night/early Sunday morning featured brilliant moonlight, stars and a planet not yet identified! Yesterday was sunshine and showers so a walk brought the chance to take more pictures and today there have been spectacular rainbows.

Have written 1,000 words this morning – whether they will appear in the final version, i have no idea but I just need to keep getting them down. A bit like gathering all the ingredients in the cupboard and then deciding which to use and how to combine them. I stopped to do a bit of research on the internet and to write this while I’m up at the main centre where the computers are. I normally do it at the end of the working day. However I’ve learned to take the chance of a free machine when it presents itself. One major frustration is my laptop’s refusal to play ball with the WiFi. One of my colleagues here got it to work last week but I have failed to replicate his success. See technology!

A large group of students from an RSAMD course is working here today and we have been invited to join them for their evening meal. Looking forward to that!

At the moment you are swathed in raincloud as far as I can see! Glad the words are coming …

The mist closed in again this afternoon but it’s been very changeable so lots of rainbows and amazing mist effects from our vantage point on the hill here.
